Porto Max matice

I was born in San Francisco, California. I moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan when I was four years old and stayed there until 21. My mom taught ESL at the University of Michigan, so I have extensive knowledge of the field and have stayed in touch with the faculty. I’m half-Brazilian, so I’m obsessed with soccer (I even went to the World Cup in 2018). I’ve always had an interest in architecture and recently interned at a firm in Brooklyn this past Summer. Before settling on Economics as my major, I dabbled with Film, CS, and English. After graduating high school in 2016, I attended Wayne State University on a «full-ride» scholarship. I decided to move back to California and lived in Berkeley. I took classes at UC Berkeley before transferring out to Columbia. I currently reside in Brooklyn, NY. I’m always trying to explore unknown parts of the city as well as making new friends in my free time.
